This knob targets the larger Pro-Style stoves. The Ultimate Brushed Stainless and Polished knob has an additional locking component that makes it more difficult for young children and adults with cognitive issues to turn on a knob on an unattended stove. The locking component adds an additional step that must be activated simultaneously with the “push, press and turn” motion to increase safety and reduce accidental turn-on. The Ultimate knob can be installed with the extra locking component either on the top or bottom depending on requirements and aesthetic preference.
